OptiMail Pro is committed to protecting inboxes and promoting responsible email practices. We strictly prohibit the use of our platform to
send unsolicited or unauthorized email (“spam”). By using OptiMail Pro, you agree to comply with this Anti-Spam Policy,
our Terms of Use, our Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable
email marketing laws.
1. Definition of Spam
For the purposes of this policy, “spam” means any email that is:
OptiMail Pro treats any email sent through our Services without valid consent as spam.
2. Prohibited Email Practices
When using OptiMail Pro, you may not:
- Send email to lists you did not collect yourself with verifiable permission.
- Use purchased, scraped, harvested, third-party or rented email lists.
- Falsify headers, sender names or reply-to information.
- Use misleading subject lines or deceptive content.
- Send harmful, abusive, fraudulent, harassing, discriminatory or illegal content.
- Send high-volume unsolicited messages that may cause deliverability harm.
We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in these practices without notice.
3. Consent Requirements
All recipients must have provided one of the following:
- Send email to lists you did not collect yourself with verifiable permission.
- Use purchased, scraped, harvested, third-party or rented email lists.
- Falsify headers, sender names or reply-to information.
- Use misleading subject lines or deceptive content.
- Send harmful, abusive, fraudulent, harassing, discriminatory or illegal content.
- Send high-volume unsolicited messages that may cause deliverability harm.
We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in these practices without notice.
Express consent
The contact knowingly opted in to receive your emails through:
- a sign-up form or landing page,
- a newsletter opt-in,
- event registration,
- gated content download,
- explicit written or digital consent.
Implied consent
- The contact has a clear existing relationship with you, within the time limits allowed by applicable laws.
- You are responsible for recording and maintaining proof of consent.
4. Unsubscribe Requirements
Every email sent through OptiMail Pro must include:
- a visible and functional unsubscribe link, and
- your valid physical mailing address.
You must process all unsubscribe requests within 10 days, and you may not:
- charge a fee,
- require more than an email address,
- require additional steps beyond clicking a link or replying to an email.
Failure to honor unsubscribes is grounds for account suspension.
5. List Quality & Permission
You are responsible for maintaining accurate, permission-based contact lists. You agree not to upload:
- outdated lists,
- lists collected without permission,
- lists containing contacts who previously unsubscribed or marked your email as spam.
You must keep your audience data current and remove invalid or undeliverable addresses.
6. Monitoring, Review & Enforcement
OptiMail Pro actively monitors for spam-related signals, including:
- high bounce rates,
- high complaint rates,
- spam trap hits,
- prohibited content patterns.
If we detect activity that violates this policy, we may:
- warn you,
- suspend sending privileges,
- restrict certain features,
- disable or terminate your account,
- remove non-compliant contacts or content.
Repeat violations may result in permanent account closure.
7. Reporting Spam
If you believe a user is sending spam through OptiMail Pro, contact us immediately at
abuse@optimailpro.com. Please include the following:
- a copy of the email received,
- the sender’s email address,
- the timestamp,
- any relevant headers.
We will investigate all reports promptly.
8. Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring your email practices comply with:
Using OptiMail Pro does not guarantee compliance. We provide tools, but you must use them responsibly.
9. Policy Updates
We may update this Anti-Spam Policy at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
