OptiMail Pro takes a strong stance against using spam in any form. Email and SMS marketing must be legitimate, expected, and solicited by their recipients. To this end, we have implemented the Anti-Spam Policy, which applies to all users of our product and services.

Consent of Recipients

All users of OptiMail Pro must ensure that they have the consent of their contacts before sending any marketing messages. The consent of the recipient must be active, explicit, and specific. This means that the recipient must have checked a checkbox to subscribe to your newsletter, and the registration checkbox cannot be pre-checked. Additionally, the recipient must know which kind of messages they will receive and for what purpose. The opt-in cannot be provided via a unique checkbox used for multiple purposes (such as accepting terms of service or privacy policies).

Users must also ensure that there is one checkbox per data processing purpose, meaning that they must ask for explicit consent to register an email address or a phone number in a mailing or phoning list used for commercial prospection purposes. Partner opt-in and co-registration must appear on the opt-in form, and the name of all partners must be displayed and easily available, limited to 10. Users must be able to provide proof of opt-in for each contact at any time.
